Busy philanthropist seeks an executive personal assistant who can brilliantly perform multiple business, personal and financial functions. This is a new, full-time salaried position to assist with and complete a myriad of household management, property management and financial functions. We own multiple real estate properties in various places, operate several non-profit foundations and have a busy life with kids and travel. The successful candidate will have great personal and communication skills and have a strong aptitude for personal financial tasks, planning and management. Basic cash management, personal bookkeeping and/or Quicken experience required. Work from home. 120-day trial period.
