Crystal Lake Community Management, Inc. (CLCM), a subsidiary of Pahlisch Homes, is seeking an experienced Community Manger to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple community properties.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Residential Community including homeowner relations, board communication, architectural review, as well as coordinating maintenance of common areas, streets and landscaping. This position holds special responsibility to enforce covenants, codes and restrictions as they pertain to each Community. The ideal candidate for this role will possess top notch customer service skills and the ability to quickly establish professional rapport with all walks of life. The communities for this position are located in the Bend area and will require weekly site visits as part of the job duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Professionally respond to all homeowner questions or concerns in a timely fashion
- Prepare and send community email correspondence
- Keep community websites updated with current information
- Provide bi-weekly status reports to all board members
- Prepare agenda and/or minutes for Board Meetings
- Facilitate annual meeting and voting ballots for board elections
- Collaborate with Board and Committee Members
- Ensure that contractors are properly licensed, bonded and insured
- Procure, coordinate and supervise the work of third party contractors
- Proactively identify issues or needs of the community
- Maintain all common areas to community standards
- Perform weekly community site inspections and follow-up on identified issues
- Follow community procedures to resolve issues at non-compliant residences
- Collect ARC request forms
- Screen applications prior to submission to committee for review and follow up. Notify owner of ARC decision.
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of community management experience preferred
5+ years of customer service experience required
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent administration and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with groups
Work independently without direct supervision
Excellent customer care skills
Ability to maintain professional composure at all times
