Summary:

Responsible for assisting customers via phone and personal contact regarding questions on printing and or mailing projects. Prior phone sales preferred to be able to take communications from clients to give to estimator. Good email and phone etiquette. Ability to communicate and resolve problems with clients both in person and via phone. Need a strong closer with experience in phone sales. Must have printing experience.

Responsibilities:

Assists customers with all questions and concerns by providing extraordinary customer service and follows-up to assure all customers needs have been anticipated.

Researches and resolves customer problems or other client issues.

Records all pertinent customer information and maintains customer records and files.

Coordinates the resolution of billing problems or customer service issues by working with Operations Team.

Prepares information for customer jobs in order to turn into estimating for proper printing and mailing quotes.

Maintains a strong working relationship with the customers to ascertain and anticipate their current and future needs. Maintains and updates customer files.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve multiple problems simultaneously.

To learn Ucampaign for help desk with clients. To resolves issues and to assist with new campaign program.

Estimating of all Direct Mail and Print jobs using Quick Books.

Inside sales via phone contacts, help Sales rep with incoming jobs.

Qualification Requirements:

Prior Print experience

An eager and motivated attitude

Organizational skills

Patience in problem solving

Ability to communicate effectively

Excellent Customer Service skills and experience

Good computer skills such as MS Office

Graphics Application skills and experience - InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop preferred

Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. Basic math skills to understand pricing and billing functions.

Strong problem solving and negotiating skills to resolve customer issues and build customer relationships. Ability to work in fast-paced environment with simultaneous, multiple tasks. Ability to prioritize workload.

Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate customer service with all levels of employees.

Valid drivers license and personal transportation to make calls at customer locations when needed.

Performs other duties as assigned by management.
