FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE JOB OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Front Desk Associate who can work part-time on weekdays and/or weekends and also step in on to join our team! Variable Part-time, 12 - 25 hours per week.
FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Cheerfully welcome clients to our gym, creating a positive atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service
Use MindBody Software to check-in members and sell products
Respond in a friendly and appropriate manner to clients inquiries and concerns
Help monitor gym during open play times to ensure child safety
Answer phone calls professionally, address questions, take appropriate messages, and follow-up on telephone messages to ensure that inquiries are resolved
Clean and maintain gym and equipment, including reception area, yoga and fitness studio, play areas, and bathrooms
Maintain neat appearance and wear appropriate yoga / fitness attire
QUALIFICATIONS
Reliability is a must
Front desk and sales experience, preferably in a pilates, yoga, or fitness studio
Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with clients, exceeding client's expectations
Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language
Extremely organized and detail oriented with ability to multitask
Understanding of basic cash processing procedures is required
Functional Mac computer skills are required
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include holidays and weekends
Climbing, bouldering, gymnastic, and/or acroyoga experience is a plus
A passion for kids, families, yoga, fitness, health and wellness!
