We are currently interviewing for Front Desk positions at the Hampton Inn & Suites located in the heart of the Old Mill.
Previous Hospitality Experience is a plus but not required. What is most important is your ability to work hard and multitask while keeping a winning and genuine smile.
A Front Desk Agent is the heart beat of the hotel. All calls, praises, complaints and guests go through the front desk at some point. It is essential that our Front Desk agent be friendly and genuine in their interaction with the hotel guests. A perfect candidate will have the following characteristics:
Excellent Reliability
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
True Team mentality
Quick learner
Demonstrate a proactive, positive approach to work.
Ability to learn computer program well.
Must be reliable, courteous, professional, well-groomed with a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends & holidays.
