Must be willing to: Participate in some major dance parties, not freak out at unknown wet substances, wear costumes, not be scared to fight coworkers for a Idas Cupcake, love other peoples children even when those people are not being nice, be firm, fair and consistent, outgoing and positive, follow directions of Director, occasionally buy Director a Dutch Bros (not required but sucking up is appreciated, if you make your boss look good then you look good), know how to clean up after themselves and their class, understand real work ethic, be loyal, not cry more than the kids do, be financially responsible; because lets face it no matter how much I pay you, if your blowing your money everyday it wont ever be enough!
