We are looking for exceptional
individuals who love selling great products and delivering outstanding customer
service. We have 3 locations in the Redmond Airport terminal. We are in need of
at least 2 new Customer Service Team Members. Our Airport Lobby location can
best be described as an Airport Gift Shop and our gate area location can best
be described as an Airport Café / Gift Shop.
The single most
important thing we are looking for is an engaging personality; someone who is
bright eyed, has a big natural smile and is fun to be around. We are committed
to delivering superior customer service and we need people who enjoy serving
others, meeting their needs and brightening their day. We are also looking for
experience. 2 years Barista and/or retail experience required.
The Airport is a fun
and dynamic work environment. We serve customers from all over the world and

A successful candidate
will present a professional appearance. All employees must pass TSA required FBI
background check and may be drug tested.
We operate from 4:00am
to about 8:00pm 365 days a year. A workday is divided into 3 shifts of about 5
hours each. 2 adjacent shifts may be combined (Doubled) to provide more hours
or to cover openings. Our sales people are qualified to open, operate and close
either location.
Skills / Requirements
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ
Must be at least 18 years old (or soon to be,
OLCC rules)
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ
Operate POS Register, process various
transactions, handle cash, count back change.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ
Greet and engage all customers. Present,
demonstrate and sell products.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ
Guard against theft and damage. Keep a vigilant
eye on entire store.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ
Shop keeping Dusting, Cleaning, Straightening,
Restocking etc.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ
Must be able to lift 25lbs to chest height.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ
Must be On your feet for entire shift,
excluding rest periods.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ
All employees required to obtain food handlers
card.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ
Prepare quality espresso, brewed coffee and
blended drinks. Light food prep.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ
Must be able to work quickly and efficiently
during peak periods.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ
Must work well with The TEAM.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ
Strong Old School work ethic. You dont have
to be old to possess it.
Experience
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ
2 years Barista and/or Retail experience
required.
Â
30 - 38 hours per week
@ $14.50 hour, plus excellent tips (Possibly
More Depending on Experience)
