The primary purpose of this position will be assisting the team by baking any items required because of menu design or as specified by Chef. Also required to bake specialty items for special functions as requested by guests and/or Chef and willingness to assist with breakfast service during slow times.
Baking experience required and line cook experience helpful.
Must be able to work weekend and holidays as needed.
Food Handlers Permit or ServSafe Certificate
