We are now hiring a Part-Time, Seasonal Beverage Cart/ Snack Bar Attendant.
This position takes food and beverage orders, pours beverages, prepares food, delivers food and beverages, busses tables, calculates, presents and processes checks while constantly providing exceptional service to all members, guests and co-workers.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Confirms beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the course and assists Snack Bar Attendant as needed.
- Clean, stock and restock beverage cart.
- Answer questions about menu items and beverages including their ingredients, preparation, accompanying items and make recommendations.
- Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water and sugar to prepare cocktails and other drinks to Pronghorn specifications.
- Take orders from guests for food and/or beverage items.
- Serve or deliver food and/or beverages to guests.
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meal and experience and take action to correct any problems.
- Prepare and present checks, collect payments on checks by having checks signed by members or processing a credit card.
- Set up the snack bar, maintain and clean all necessary utensils and equipment for food preparation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must be able to safely operate and drive beverage cart.
- Must be able to pass server validation and maintain current Food Handlers and OLCC Permits.
- Available to work Weekends.
Desirable
- 1 to 2 years of bartending and customer service related experience.
- Hotel, Resort or Golf Club related operations and sales experience.
