Bos Taurus, the top-rated steakhouse in Oregon, is looking to add talented individuals to all spots in the kitchen including Sous Chef, Line cooks, Prep cooks, and dishwashers. This is a full-time position that offers some of the highest BOH wages in the area starting up to $20/hr. In addition, we are currently offering a signing bonus of $500 to all new BOH employees.
We are looking for a responsible, self-motivated, employee who wants to grow and learn in their craft. This position has access to upward mobility and future possibilities to cross train in multiple food concepts, learn new and cutting-edge techniques, and get your foot in the door with the awesome team of a fast-growing company.
Job Description and General Responsibilities
Set up station according to restaurant guidelines
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Executive Chef
Restock and Clean station as needed throughout the course of the shift.
Practices exceptional organizational skills, as well as following all safety guidelines, and restaurant SOP’s.
Ability to work with high energy and a positive attitude
Listen and execute plans as directed
Work together with a team and with the customers best experience in mind
Ability to execute under pressure
Have a strong attention to detail
