The View is currently hiring customer experience specialist in the following departments: Back of House Staff, Front of House Staff and Beverage Cart attendants
FACILITY INFORMATION: Juniper Golf Course is a true championship course designed by esteemed golf course architect John Harbottle. Juniper was host of the 2007, 2010 and 2017 Oregon Open and a repeat US Amateur qualifier site for six consecutive years, 2006-2011.
The View restaurant is a community favorite for casual dining. The fabulous view of the course and the Cascades beyond make it a premier destination for weddings, tournaments, holiday parties and other events.
Essential functions include:
-Maintaining a safe, clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with OHA standards
-Possess exemplary guest services skills
-Open work availability
-Ability to multitask and prioritize
-Able to work well in an independent and team environment
-Ensure desired level of customer service is met at all times
-Exhibit strong interpersonal skills
-Able to lift/carry up to 35 lbs
-Possess strong written and oral communication skills
-Frequent walking and standing for extended periods of time
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Minimum one year experience working in the food service industry
-Possess OHA Food Service Permit
-Possess OLCC service Permit
-Possess High School Diploma or equivalent
-Knowledgeable in Food and Beverage preparation, guest relations and etiquette
