Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Prepares all banquet space prior to events
-Tears down all banquet space after events are done
-Strong attention to detail
-Maintains the cleanliness and organization of any banquet rooms, hallways, storage and service areas.
-Routine inventory and care for banquet supplies such as linens, chairs and china, glassware, flatware and decorations.
-Sets dining tables, buffets, and other service areas as according to Banquet Event Order or as directed.
-Helps to maintain a clean banquet or catering kitchen, coolers, and equipment.
-Performs other duties as required
-Requires heavy lifting and being on your feet for an extended period of time
-Able to work flexible shifts based on event needs
Required Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
-Must have and maintain current Food Handler Card and OLCC Service Permit.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Previous experience with food service and customer service experience, but not required
