Black Butte Ranch has immediate opening for a Lead Line Cook. Starting pay up to $18+ per hour (DOE)

The Ranch is an IRRESISTIBLE place to work with an exceptional culinary team in one of our popular restaurants; The Lodge, Lakeside Bistro or The Pub! The Lead Line Cook oversees the other cooks along with:
Prepare menu items as directed by F&B Chef, and BBR quality standards and guidelines in a timely manner.
Ensure the guest receives only the highest quality of food products.
Ensure plate appearance meets written specifications
Ensure all entrees are produced and delivered timely.
Ensure food preparation areas are maintained in a sanitary condition at all times
Qualifications include previous experience as a cook or in a related role, ability to work independently, knowledge of safe food handling and ability to obtain Food Handlers Certificate. This position may work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
