The Assistant Manager will aid the General Manager in upholding all company standards of quality product and service. At least 4 years of service industry experience is required but previous management experience is not required for this position. We are willing to train anyone that is interested in growth and has a whatever it takes mindset.
Duties will include:
-Effectively managing a staff of 4-6 people during a shift. Coaching in the moment in a positive and constructive manner.
-Ensures the quality of Food and Beverage.
-Able to work any position in the shop: Bar, Expo, Service, Dish, some prep projects, ect
-Works w/ GM and bar staff to create new margarita and cocktail recipes.
-Effectively handles any guest issues, and makes sure all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
-Helps w/ and oversees all cleaning and sidework projects.
-Cash Handling and some book keeping duties.
-Reports directly to General Manager and Chef De Cuisine.
