10 Barrel Brewing's OG Pub on Galveston Avenue is currently hiring all FOH staff. We are all about working hard, playing hard, and drinking good beer outside! We are looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to help us uphold our standard of exceptional guest service. All positions require an OLCC and Oregon food handlers card.
Servers should have a minimum of two years experience in high volume restaurants, a strong understanding of what it takes to provide an exceptional dining experience, and open availability. A positive attitude and teamwork mindset are an absolute must for any 10 Barrel team member. While we provide ongoing education in this area, knowledge and understanding of beer styles and current trends is an important aspect of this job.
Host/Hostess are the first and last impression to our guests and must be friendly, outgoing, and welcoming. Ambition and drive to grow and learn are a must for this position. Restaurant and guests service experience is preferred but not required for this position.
Bussers must be motived, task oriented, and able to lift heavy objects consistently. This is a foot in the door position into the brew pub industry, however experience is preferred. This position includes controlling the flow and cleanliness of the pub, interacting with guests, and the ability to talk knowledgeably about 10 Barrel Beer, Food, and Culture.
