We are looking for talented and experienced Line Cooks, who are driven, excel in a fast-paced kitchen, and are committed to the highest standards of quality and presentation with a guest first focus. A sense of urgency, attention to detail and commitment to quality are required! The right person will be outgoing, positive and team oriented. What You'll be Doing:
⢠CookingÂin a plethora of stations
⢠MaintainingÂthe cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment
⢠FollowingÂall SOP's in the preparation of all menu items
⢠LeadingÂby example and being a great "Brand Ambassador"
⢠ManagingÂa high volume of orders while maintaining quality
Requirements of the position:
⢠2+Âyears line cooking experience, preferably in a fast-paced, full service kitchen
⢠MaintainsÂa professional attitude and appearance
⢠OpenÂavailability, flexibility is a must
⢠StrongÂorganizational and high-level communication skills
⢠ContinuouslyÂseeks out opportunities to grow and learn
