Sisters Saloon & Ranch Grill is now seeking full-time Line Cooks.
Job description:
-Work with a great team to ensure excellent food is served to our guests.
-Cook and plate dishes with care, consistent to our plating guide.
-Restock the line and prep during slow times.
-Keep the line organized and clean.
-Early morning shift as well as mid shift and late night shifts available. We work with all of our staff's preferences as best as we can.
Located in the newly remodeled, 107-year-old iconic Hotel Sisters, Sisters Saloon & Ranch Grill is a must-see destination for the thousands of tourists that visit Sisters each year.
We serve fresh American food, including quality steaks, fish, all-natural grass-fed burgers from steers raised right in Sisters, locally sourced produce as well as vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.
Applicant cues:
-At least one year of line cook experience
-Apt to have fun, even during a busy rush
-Can expertly temp steaks
-Attention to the essential details of plating excellent food
-Respectful to coworkers
-Absolutely dependable
-Contributes to a loyal, family culture
-Understands that being in the hospitality industry is like hosting a party. We look ahead and plan to make sure our guests' food is perfect so that they can just enjoy the party. We also encourage having fun while we work!
