The Historic Tumalo Feed Co. Steakhouse is seeking qualified applicants for a Line Cook position. This position may include Pantry, Prep and Sauté line positions. We are looking for a motivated person with the desire to showcase their culinary skills and develop their career in a fast-paced team environment. The schedule includes Sundays-Wednesdays between 1:00-10:00.
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years line cooking experience in high volume kitchen environment (preferred)
Culinary knowledge and solid knife and prep skills
High standard of quality and efficiency
Sanitation knowledge and ability to keep kitchen clean and organized even when busy
Great communication skills, team-player, hard worker, and a sense of humor
Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
