New Commissary Kitchen is looking for a qualified Kitchen Manager.
This position is a Kitchen Manager position responsible for leading a crew of 6 prep cooks through a daily prep list, inventory and delivery to multiple Bend area restaurants. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, able to communicate and delegate to get the best from his/her staff. The kitchen is a new construction with new equipment and fully setup for daily success. This is a scratch kitchen with recipes written and tested over a 6 month period. The staff is already trained to perform the tasks as needed.
