Hiring for: Housekeeping and Maintenance
HEAD HOUSEKEEPER:
Job requirements:
-Demonstrate good leadership and have a "team" oriented attitude, ability to supervise the housekeepers
-Open the boards and assign housekeepers to duties
-Inspect rooms and update in computer
-Must learn room attendant duties and be able to perform at a proficient level
-Perform physical labor for at least 8 hours a day
-Walk, kneel, stoop and stand for entire shift while cleaning and servicing guest rooms
-Strip beds, remove soiled linen and trash from guestrooms
-Make beds
-Vacuum, dust, sweep and mop floors, clean windows
-Report found articles to the Housekeeping Manager with proper documentation
-Respond at all the times, in a friendly, helpful and courteous manner to guests, managers and fellow associates
-Report all guest issues and complaints to management
-Available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
-Must cross-train in laundry and work in laundry when needed.
Previous hotel supervisory experience preferred but not necessary
Competitive hourly compensation offered.

MAINTENANCE
Job requirements:
-Daily walk of parking lot and exterior, trash pick up, sweeping walk ways
-Security checks
-Empty property trash cans
-Maintain spa, cleaning and checking chemicals
-Maintain pool, stocking towels, cleaning and checking chemicals
-Perform any guest room maintenance requests reported by front desk
-Perform preventative maintenance program (entry level painting, plumbing, general upkeep)
-Perform physical labor for at least 8 hours a day
-Available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
Previous hotel experience preferred but not necessary
