Sisters Bakery is hiring a FOH position. Full time or part time position, may include weekends + TIPS.
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring excellent customer service by taking customers orders as they walk in the bakery, restocking front product, money/register handling, espresso making, answering phone and taking orders, cleaning, and other small duties.
Must have superb customer service skills, and be a friendly person.
Service industry/basic barista knowledge a must. Candidates should be accustomed to a high volume operation. Be prepared to multitask. This position demands a lot of energy and attention to detail.
Make a livable wage. Starting hourly wage plus you will be part of the tip pool at the bakery. Tips are divided by hours worked.
