Job Summary
SROA’s Public Works Technician is an on-site, capable, experienced staff member that maintains SROA-owned property (roads, paths, parks, commons, buildings, and facilities) in a manner that protects, enhances and creates a safe and enjoyable environment for Sunriver homeowners and guests. Anyone interested must be comfortable working both independently as well as in a team environment and enjoy a variety of job responsibilities. Certifications, Qualifications, Duties and Requirements
Valid Oregon Driver’s License and the ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License are required. Duties include: snow removal, physical labor and operation of various pieces of equipment. This position requires that the employee be available and in physical condition to operate equipment in adverse weather conditions at certain times of the year. Seasonal overtime and long hours are required during snow events or flagging. Weekend and holiday work are occasionally required. Out-of-area travel may be restricted at certain times of the year.
EOE Pre-employment drug screening and physical abilities test required. Wage Range: $18.52-$25.00 per hour. Excellent benefits package including medical insurance, paid leave, 401k.
