Seeking an experienced AFH Caregiver to work Weekends starting on Friday at 1pm through Monday at 9am. Staff will be sleeping onsite through entire shift however no Waking hoursĀ. The Home is licensed and currently occupies 5 beds. This is a NO heavy lifting, NO transfers or bathing. We are NOT a senior living home. We work with residents teaching independent skills to someday move back into the community. No heavy lifting, transfers or bathing.
The Caregivers primary purpose is to coordinate care and act as a point of contact with residents and families in accordance with current OAR's and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to assure that the highest degree of quality care and quality of life for our residents at all times.
We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
Staff ARE NOT expected to be awake, just to be onsite incase of an emergency.
Private Sleeping quarters for Staff. You're NOT expected to stay awake. Only to be available should an emergency happen.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Caregiver or CNA Qualities and or related experience, however willing to train.
Must have a Clean driving record and Pass a Criminal Background Check.

Schedule: Employment type: full-time (Friday - Monday. 1pm Friday - 9am Monday)
Additional Pay "Overnight Flat rate".
Schedule; Start Time: Friday 1PM - 9AM on Monday. Sleeping onsite in Private quarters.
Schedules are given 30 days at a time.
Contract: Looking for someone to start training ASAP. Start date immediately.
Must be a CURRENT resident of Oregon and preferably living in or around the Bend, Oregon area and or Washington due to new laws in place regarding background checks and finger printing.
Sign on bonus of $250 after completing training and cleared Background check.
