DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL / CAREGIVER

Our Direct Support Professionals provide daily support services similar to what an individual would perform in their own home - cooking, cleaning, laundry, and the like - plus personal care for the house clients. Personal care for the clients includes things such as showering or bathing, toileting and changing.

What we need from you:
Authorization to work in the US for any employer
Valid state issued driver's license (or ability to obtain within 60 days if hired)
Submit for a pre-employment urine drug screen
Submit for a pre-employment TB test
Authorize a comprehensive background check and (if needed) fingerprints
Authorize submission to the Oregon DMV check database
Nice to have, but not required:
Experience as a caregiver or Direct Support Professional

What we offer our employees:
Starting pay: DAY shift $14.00 per hour; NOC (night) shift $14.50 per hour.
PAID on the job training.
From your first hour of employment you begin accruing Paid Time Off (PTO).
After 60 continuous days of employment, on the following 1st day of the month you are qualified to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and voluntary benefit programs. Central Oregon Collective pays 80% of the cost for the employee's coverage for medical and dental insurance.
Central Oregon Collective also has a 401k account and FSA accounts in which you may elect to participate.
