Private Primary Care practice with three providers is seeking a compassionate, motivated and organized Medical Assistant to assist providers with patient care. Qualified applicant will be responsible for rooming patients, EKG's, injections, assisting with minor surgeries, phone triage and call backs, chart documentation, and retrieving medical records. In addition to routine clinical work with patients and support of Providers, this position also includes working with patients on quality measures and supporting our Care Coordinator for Medicare initiatives/programs such as CPC+, ACO's & chronic care management. Experience with using electronic medical records, and understanding Quality of Care measures helpful. Must be great at team work.
