Energetic, Bubbly, Outgoing Patient Coordinator Part/Full Time

We are looking for:
an enthusiastic team player,

We will train you on literally every aspect needed to be successful. However, you must have the ability to multitask, use common-sense, be organized, be reliable, be punctual, and work independently.
Our office hours are 8:30-12 and 2:30-6 Monday-Thursday. There are additional hours periodically due to events that are held in and outside the office. With coming in early, etc. you can expect approximately 28-30 hours/week as a Patient Coordinator.
This is a customer experience position; here is an example of some things you would be responsible for:
Setting and keeping patients on their schedules
Fielding phone calls (lots of phone calls)
Rescheduling appointments
Collecting payments
Maintaining office flow
Backing up front desk
Trash take out (rotate with other CAs)
