Medical Patient Services Specialist- The Center Orthopedic & Neurosurgical Care is seeking a positive, detail-oriented person to join our Patient Services team. Responsibilities may include greeting patients at reception, checking them in for appointments, scheduling future appointments, and/or answering incoming calls. We are a high volume medical clinic with 40+ providers. This position requires good organizational and computer skills, ability to multitask, excellent teamwork, and a positive attitude. Prior customer service and computer experience required. This is a full-time position and includes benefits. Beginning wage is $16.50.
