One of Central Oregon's premiere employers is seeking a full-time or part time experienced Physical Therapist to join our LaPine team in Central Oregon.

The physical therapist plans, coordinates, implements and evaluates home health and hospice therapy services. The physical therapist is knowledgeable in providing therapy in the home setting. The therapist builds from the resources of the Organization and community to provide services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes. The Physical Therapist is responsible for cost effective and effective patient care with quality outcomes.
Possesses a degree from a baccalaureate or masters program in physical therapy approved by an accredited organization. Licensed to practice as physical therapist within the State. Two years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist. Community/home health experience is preferred. Valid Oregon drivers license and/or reliable transportation with current auto insurance as applicable.
Normal working days are Monday thru Friday. You may be called upon to flex your hours (up or down) to meet the needs of the business. Additionally, you may be required to assist in providing on-call coverage 1 day a month to patients/families when necessary, and as assigned by the Supervisor.
