Flynn is currently seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our growing team! Year-round work in central Oregon! Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of construction experience and familiarity with various tools. Individuals with backgrounds in carpentry and/or framing are strongly encouraged to apply. This is a great opportunity to learn a specialty construction trade (commercial roofing and architectural sheet metal) and grow with our team!
Starting pay is $13-$20/hr DOE, benefits are available (medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, bonus incentive, etc.). Must have a strong work ethic, be safety focused, team oriented, comfortable working outside, and reliable. All employees hired must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, have a valid driver's license and/or reliable means of transportation, and proof of legal ability to work in the U.S.
