Thank you for your interest in our Facilities Maintenance Technician position!
The responsibilities of this position include all facets of repairs and maintenance and operation of all mechanical equipment including the laundry, kitchen, refrigeration, HVAC systems, electrical, painting and carpentry. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in the turnover from construction to finished product. Responsible for the administration, and completion, of all work orders and schedules to department personnel. Must be able to differentiate paint color tones and light bulb color spectrum.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in the use and reading of blueprints and writing schematics.
- Must speak and read English
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexible to work variable schedules
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Requires a valid Oregon Driver License.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the following:
- Air Conditioning and refrigeration
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Electrical and Pneumatic controls
