We are currently interviewing for our Custodial/Maintenance position at the Hampton Inn & Suites Bend.
Duties to include:
All aspects of janitorial duties for common areas of hotel including sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming and window cleaning.
Perform preventive maintenance & 'basic' necessary repairs on Hotel equipment & systems that include general plumbing, basic HVAC, ice machines, minor electrical repairs, motor controls, drywall repairs, painting & repair, pool maintenance including chemical handling, general groundskeeper, etc.
Excellent time management skills with attention to detail & willing to learn.
Position requires that you have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Must have the ability to stand on ladders, ability to troubleshoot and repair, in addition to lifting up to 50lbs.
Must be able to effectively communicate with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Must be flexible and available for weekends, evenings and holidays.
