BLACK BUTTE RANCH, a premier Central Oregon Resort, full time/year round Maintenance Homeowner Service position working with our Facilities Maintenance team. This position is eligible for all benefits which include complimentary use of all resort activities!
General duties will include a full range of maintenance services to homeowners, guests and Ranch property that include but not limited to rough and finish carpentry, drywall, painting, minor electrical, plumbing, general road and bike path maintenance, fencing and other general maintenance items. Position requires physical exertion while working in all weather conditions. This position has a set schedule with requirement for flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated energetic person who holds the ability to work alone or as part of a team. Candidate must have strong problem solving and diagnostic capabilities. This position requires moderate amount of reading comprehension and superior customer relation skills are essential. Must demonstrate the ability to safely operate machinery and equipment such as snowplows, road sweepers and sanders, backhoe, 930 loader, farm tractor and miscellaneous implements.
Three to five years of maintenance experience preferred. Must hold valid O.D.L. in good standing, class B or above preferred. Up to $16.00/hr DOE.
