Full Time, year round maintenance position in the Sunriver area. Requirements are ODL, insurance and reliable transportation (small truck preferred). Applicant needs common sense skills, troubleshooting abilities, own basic tools to perform maintenance and repairs. The position requires on call several times a week and working weekends and holidays as required. Overtime work as needed. Company vehicle may be available. Starting wage DOE. Plus mileage.
Position Summary:
Maintenance person should be familar in the area of general maintenance and be capable of a basic level of repairs in a variety of categories including light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, TV and electronics. The technician will be expected to be capable of using general troubleshooting skills in a timely manner to determine if the issue is within the scope of their abilities or if a licensed contractor should be contacted. May also be required to do other duties as assigned.
