We are looking for a full time Maintenance Tech to join our team in Bend Oregon.
This full time position is for 40 hrs. a week to include being on call every other week. Our Apartment community is a non-smoking property.
Job description includes, but is not limited to:
Cleaning the grounds daily, scheduling and completing maintenance requests in a timely manner, preparing vacant units for occupancy in a timely manner, cleaning and maintaining chemical levels in pool - Certified Pool Operator is a plus, but we will train the right person - painting, working outside in possible extreme weather conditions- snow removal is required.
We are looking for an individual who is dependable, energetic, is able to stay on task, while at the same time can be flexible. To be considered you must be a team player and have the ability to work independently, to perform under the direction of the Management Company and your immediate Supervisor, to follow landlord tenant laws, corporate policies, rules and regulations.
Interested applicant must have own hand tools, a valid Oregon Driver's License, be able to pass a credit and criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening (if there are any other adults that would occupy an apartment with the employee, they must pass a criminal background check, as well).
