We are currently hiring FULL-TIME Maintenance Technician/ Construction labor for our beautiful new state of the art apartment community.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Maintenance Technician:

Diagnose and perform minor routine maintenance/repair involving some of the following on a daily basis: Electrical and plumbing, A/C- Heating systems, Appliances, Snow remediation, Water irrigation systems, Pressure Washing, Flooring, Roofing, Gutters, Interior/exterior lights, Light Cleaning, Pool and Spa, Painting and any other items that arise. This position requires communicating with the leasing office staff in a positive and detailed way.

Construction Member:

Diagnose and perform minor routine maintenance/repair involving some of the following on a daily basis: Assist with final punch, Clean up, Inventory, Assisting with counter top install, Assist Project Manager. This position involves communication with the project manager and all subs.

This position is VERY rewarding but also can be fast paced. There are busy days and slow days. The above listed while rare will come up on occasion. The right person will be able to deal with high stress and time management. This position will also lead to a multi property tech position.

QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED SKILL SET:

HS Diploma or GED

Prior property maintenance experience is preferred!

Must have great customer service skills

Must have a positive attitude and be able to take initiative even in tough situations

Must be willing to participate as a team member

Must have a consistent work history and verifiable references

Must be able to pass a background screening

Must have a valid driver's license
