How You Will Contribute

As the Corporate Marketing Coordinator (CMC), you are responsible for executing strategic Marketing initiatives that support both regional and organizational traffic and sales goals. The primary initiatives include corporate marketing programs, promotions and brand consistency. In this role you will support both the Marketing Director and the Regional Marketing team while working closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist to help with online ad messaging and brand appearance.

Your responsibilities will include:

Corporate Marketing Planning and Execution - Executes corporate marketing promotions that support our organizational strategic goals through involvement and input from key stakeholders including, Marketing Director, Vice president of Sales, Regional Directors and Regional Marketing Specialists.

- Executes corporate marketing programs that support regional strategic goals helping to drive traffic to our

communities and the website which are then implemented on a regional level.

- Manages corporate programs including timelines, creative, rollout plans, budgets, execution and reporting.

Brand Management - Maintains brand consistency with outside vendors through education using our brand standards.

- Maintains brand consistency on all collateral, creative, templates, signs, and advertising.

- Maintains corporate brand standard guidelines.

Collateral and SWAG Management - Manages online store platform including warehouse inventory and vendor relationship.

- Manages communication and account access for the regional marketing and sales teams.

- Manages inventory of printed materials available in online store.

- Negotiates with vendors for creative, printing, swag, and apparel.

Digital Assets - Manages organization and saving of photography, virtual tours and videos on Marketing SharePoint.

Model Home Sample Management - Works with the Operations team to manage the model home design center samples including inventory, regional shipping, labeling as well as maintaining SharePoint documents.

How You Will Succeed

You are aÂdynamic, creative professional who is passionate about producing excellent work and thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment. You are a persuasive communicator, able to work effectively with both internal team members, and external partners.

What You Can Offer

Education:

- High school diploma or GED required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fieldÂstrongly preferred.

Required Skills:

- Familiarity with websites and graphic design preferred – WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

- Demonstrate intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Excellent oral and written communication; strong speaking/presentation skills.

Abilities:

- Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, to various audiences to include strong

writing/proofreading skills.

- Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

- Ability to creatively solve problems and work under time constraints with minimal supervision.

- Exceptional customer service and organizing skills.

- Must be organized and efficient at completing administrative tasks and meeting deadlines.

- Ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish goals.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of the organization as well as build relationships with outside resources.

Experience:

- Minimum ofÂthreeÂyears ofÂmarketing experienceÂrequired, in residential real estate or related fieldÂstrongly

preferred.

- Field support experience a plus.

- Experience managing budgets up to $500kÂpreferred.
