WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH
- You have extensive on the job experience or a degree in marketing
- Enthusiasm, creativity and the ability to take a big idea and turn it into a reality
- The ability to think out-of-the-box and jump right into ideas
- An ease talking with people via email and phone while remaining upbeat and professional
- A sharp storyteller who can help prepare necessary marketing materials, presentations, research ideas, and help with events/partnerships
- Skills to handle all incoming and outgoing press requests, interview scheduling and press releases
- The ability to thrive as a project manager and are highly organized, scrappy, agile and professional
YOU WILL
- Have your very own desk and work space
- Learn the voice of the brand from the CEO and learn marketing skills from the team daily
- Have the CEO and Director of Operation's ear and mentorship
- Learn how to pitch a product through storytelling and a genuine, warm demeanor
OUR WORK SPACE
We work in a small but bright office with tall ceilings, natural light, large mid-century desks, a round meeting table and a modern conference room located in a brand new modern building. Music playing, plants all over and kombucha flowing from a tap is the norm. We are walking distance to downtown, food trucks, coffee shops and the river.

-We need upbeat team members to help us prepare families for natural disasters with our revolutionary new kit that supports people physically and emotionally.
-We are a startup in Bend with a set of products that help people prepare for, adapt to and recover from natural disasters both physically and emotionally. We care about people and want to see us all stay safe should things get tricky.
-We are a small team of outdoor enthusiasts, have a bright and modern office space we love but also are sure to have walking meetings, coffee runs, work from home when it's helpful, keep flexible hours and laugh a ton. Our product is a serious one so we're sure to keep it light when needed.
-We have clear communication and expectations, want to help one another whenever needed, are creative and thoughtful. We are on time, responsible and trustworthy. We all have a serious work ethic but know in order to work well we also need to know when to take a break.
