Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring all customer orders are pulled, packaged, and shipped in accordance with Oregon’s Wild Harvest SOP’s. This is to be done accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Functions/Responsibilities:

- Under limited supervision, preforms a variety of moderately complex material handling and

distribution tasks following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)

- Pull, pack, and prepare all orders for shipment including but not limited to: customer ordered small package

outbound, customer ordered large freight outbound, raw product returns, promotional product giveaways,

product displays, and other items as requested

- Maintain flow of packages in and out of shipping area. This includes inspection of incoming packages for

damages (noting and notifying appropriate persons)

- Maintain organization and cleanliness of AOR (area of responsibility) including but not limited to shipping

stations, shipping department area, picking zones, general warehouse

- Receive and put away released finished goods from production floor

- Re-stock finished goods/products as necessary

- Monitor shipping department supplies/inventory; request shipping supplies as necessary

- Conduct inventory cycle counts as directed

- Build shipping displays as necessary

- Follow all company policies and procedures

- Follow and ensure compliance to quality system and cGMP programs

Qualifications/Skills:

- High School Diploma or GED required

- 3 years’ experience in a production, quality or related field strongly preferred

- Fluent in English (oral and written)

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Able to follow written Standard Operating Procedures

- Must work well under changing demands and priorities

- Must be dependable, accurate, possess integrity, and show commitment to high quality standard

- Ability to perform basic math/algebra functions to verify and complete paperwork

- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

- Able to manage stress appropriately

- Able to work alone/ independently

- US Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card) required

Physical Requirements: Able to perform essential functions of the job as indicated below, with or without reasonable accommodations:

- Stand and walk for extended periods of time (8-10 hours/day)

- Frequently stoop, kneel, or crouch, occasionally crawl or climb

- Ability to reach above head and shoulders frequently

- Ability to twist at waist frequently

- Ability to lift up to 50lb frequently

- Ability to lift from floor level up, from waist level up, or above shoulders/head occasionally

- Ability to handle up to 100lb occasionally, with or without lifting aids

- Ability to move product using hand truck (up to 100lbs)

- Ability to push/pull pallet jacks containing product of substantial weight

- Preform repetitive tasks/motions

- Have good eye-hand-foot coordination

- Have good manual dexterity

- Ability to climb on warehouse portable stairs to pick/retrieve materials from shelves

- Have clarity of vision Near (<20”); Mid (>20”-<20’); Far (>20’)

- Hear alarms/telephone/tape recorder/normal speaking voice

- Ability to work in warehouse climate conditions

- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
