Qualified Candidates will have:
Experience in MIG & TIG welding of steel, aluminum & stainless steel
Ability to read & produce parts from blueprints
Commitment to cost reduction and Continuous Improvement
Fitting and fabrication skills
Ability to meet production schedule/due dates
Ability to maintain regular, reliable attendance
Keen attention to detail is required
Training or exposure to fabrication equipment such as grinders, bandsaw, ironworker, power rolls, plasma torch, and shears.
Motivation with a "get it done right the first time" mind set
Good shop math skills
Ability to maintain a neat and orderly work area
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
3-5 years Welder/Fabrication experience preferred but will talk to anyone with a desire to work hard & learn
