The Tutoring Club of Bend offers tutoring services for grades K-12 in math, reading, writing, sciences, Spanish, SAT/ACT test preparation and study skills. We are locally owned and operated, now in our 14th year of business in Bend. The Tutoring Club is a vibrant and welcoming environment with a dedicated and collaborative team of educators in a highly rewarding workplace.
The Tutoring Club of Bend is seeking an individual to help manage the office affairs during prime-time tutoring hours. An ideal candidate would have a cheery and energetic disposition who will act as our "face person" at the front desk while administering customer service and clerical tasks as a support role for the director/owner. Roles of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Customer Relations - greeting students and parents, checking students in for tutoring sessions, maintaining communication and correspondence with clientele.
Inquiries - answering and returning phone calls, addressing questions about the services we offer and our overall structure, highlighting our diagnostic process.
CRM Database - maintaining inquiries and sales pipeline status, maintain student attendance records and staff time sheets, maintain clientele information.
Scheduling - scheduling diagnostic meetings, clientele meetings, student tutor sessions and adjustments to tutor/student daily schedules.
Curriculum Updates - inputting daily assignments, pre-tests and post-tests, monitoring student's progress.
General Staff Support - preparing student binders, distributing curriculum materials, grading tests.
