NeighborImpact is looking for a HomeSource Navigator! This position is the first point of contact for the HomeSource program. Some of the duties include obtaining documents from clients, scheduling appointments, outreach events and more! Location: Redmond or Bend!
Compensation: $18.75/hour (Plus $0.50/hour for Spanish Bilingual)
Hours: Regular full-time (40 hours/week)
Benefits: 100% premium paid Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, Agency paid Retirement plan (up to 6%), almost 16 weeks of paid time total accrual during the first five years (increases after that), plus 10 paid Holidays annually and a separate sick leave accrual

Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
This person is the first point of contact for all HomeSource programs and is responsible for triage, inter-agency referral, scheduling and follow up. This position receives, reviews and verifies client applications and supporting financial documentation, and inputs information into multiple database systems. This position is responsible of generating content for departmental communications and performs outreach activities. This position has advancement opportunities to a financial coach and/or housing counseling position once HUD exam is obtained. This position is responsible for supporting the HomeSource Director and Specialists with special projects and daily program operations.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 prior to start date
AA/AS degree with two years of work experience required
Experience with Internet applications, Microsoft Office applications and data entry
Notary certification required within 90 days of hire
Required prior to date of hire and throughout employment:
o Valid driver’s license
o Proof of current auto insurance
o Access to reliable transportation
o Satisfactory criminal background check
