We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to help in the day-to-day activities of our office. The primary focus of this role is to provide positive, helpful client interactions.
An ideal candidate for this position you would be:
⢠Skilled in written and phone communication
⢠Detail oriented
⢠Able to multitask and track multiple projects
⢠Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
⢠Confident with a computer and new technology
⢠Able to do basic office cleaning and upkeep
⢠Experienced in financial services and/or administrative positions
⢠Able to tolerate stress when busy
⢠Able to stoop, kneel and handle objects for filing, replacing water jugs, etc.
A typical day would consist of answering the phone, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, maintaining the office appearance, data entry, and preparing spreadsheets.
There will be a background check and fingerprinting as required in our industry.
Hours fluctuate between 32-36 hours. Pay: DOE. We do not offer health insurance at this time but try to make up for it by offering competitive pay and flexibility with your schedule. Preference given to those with a life/health insurance license.
