Office Assistant (with warehouse type duties) at a growing international eyewear brand
Bellinger House USA LLC in Bend, OR seeks a qualified Office Assistant, with the ability to do warehouse tasks.

The Position:
We are seeking a highly organized, responsible, outgoing and positive Office Assistant to join our growing organization. In this position, you will perform clerical tasks, warehouse tasks, answering incoming calls, assisting customers with questions and assisting our sales team with their revenue goals.
Main warehouse tasks are picking, packing, labeling and sending out orders. Other duties will include assisting office manager and executive with preparing documents, organizing files and generally keeping the office organized and running smoothly.

Our North American office is located right in heart of downtown Bend, OR.
Job type:
PART-TIME: 20 hours per week + additional time when required
Office Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify customer needs, concerns, and questions
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries
Handle customer complaints in a patient and compassionate manner
Help prepare reports, presentations, and data
Assist with travel and expense reports
Prepare information and research for executive needs
Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
Purchase, track, and invoice office supplies for each department
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pack, wrap, label, ship)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
Report any discrepancies
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Office Assistant Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred
Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
Good organizational and time management skills
Physical demands and abilities:
Regularly lift and/or move objects 1-30lbs.
Frequently required to stand, walk.
