Webfoot Painting Co continues to grow year over year and we are looking to hire Scheduling Coordinator's to jump on board and take our team to the next level! ROLE SUMMARY:
The Scheduling Coordinator works closely with our production teams and customers to prepare and schedule each project professionally and to maximize production efficiencies. You are the go-to person for all things related to upcoming or in-progress projects. Your forward-looking mindset allows you to anticipate and navigate around challenges and see problems as opportunities to learn and improve.

Efficient project scheduling to ensure each location hits their weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Successful scheduling includes job details are on file, start times are clear to customers and production teams and every customer feels they are our number one priority.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
All production teams have complete schedules coordinated for each week.
Ability to identify gaps in schedules and rearrange jobs to close gaps.
Review inventory levels to ensure scheduled projects can be completed with current inventory.
Production projections are accurate each week, and forecast for balance of month is 90% accurate by the 15th, and 95% by the final week.
Customer communication and experience. Customers understand the process, and dashboards are updated with specific job related information.
Understand scope of all projects and follow-up on any missing information or documents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong prioritizing, planning, and sequencing skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel, Google Suite, Project Management Software
Independently motivated and able to achieve goals and timelines under minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
Must be excited to learn and grow with us as we expand into new markets
Can read and understand a project scope, make a plan, and foresee any complications
Ability to collaborate with multiple departments
Remain calm and solutions focused in a rapidly changing environment with competing priorities
Flexibility and adaptability - go with the flow
Must be at least 18 years old
