We are hiring! Lark, an award-winning downtown Bend home décor shop, is looking for part-time help to round out our amazing team. Do you have a good eye for home décor and enjoy working with the public? The job entails helping to open and close the shop, greeting customers and helping them choose items, ringing up sales, unpacking freight, and doing inventory.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
-Some recent, previous retail experience. We are a busy, higher-end shop and need experienced help.
-Solid, basic PC computer skills. Experience with Shopify is a plus but not necessary.
-An outgoing, friendly personality. Can you confidently initiate conversation with strangers? Do you enjoy meeting new people?
-An interest in home décor. You will be helping locals and tourists to choose items for their homes. Having a joy of working with home décor helps greatly in doing this job.
-Availability. Are you able to work a set schedule of at least 3 days and fill in for your co-workers when needed? Can you work some weekend days?
-Are you a team player? We have a fun, tight-knit staff that helps each other when needed.
-Do you live in Bend or nearby and have a reliable way to get to work?
-Are you able to be on your feet for most of the day and thrive on being busy and multitasking?

We offer access to a PacificSource healthcare plan, employee discount, and accrued sick pay. We do 6-month and yearly reviews, with wage increases when merited. We start at a competitive hourly rate, determined by your experience level.
