Production Technician

PrideStaff, a firm specializing in recruiting for Central Oregon businesses, is seeking a Production Technician to join an established company that is just starting to manufacture nutritional supplements in Bend. The ideal candidate for this position will have existing industry or relevant experience in a similar industry. This is a great long-term, career opportunity. Production Technician Job duties:
-Verify blending process
-Bottling product and labeling bottles accurately
-Perform Tapped Density Analyses on blended formulas
-Filing of Production/Q.A. Documents
-Encapsulate product
-Clean room and wash down all equipment as needed
-Follow CFR Part 111 cCGM at all times
-Create and follow all SOPS
-Maintain, service , and sanitize manufacturing equipment
-Maintain records of weights and ring count
-Ensure a positive work environment.
-Communicate effectively and work well with others.
-Other duties as assigned
Production Technician Job Requirements:
-2+ years in production environment in or related to nutritional supplements
-Strong cGMP and SOP experience is required
-Ability to multi-task in an efficient and organized manner
-Ability to maintain a positive attitude amid potentially high-stress situations
-Excellent spoken and written communication skills
-Proficiency with MS Suites, typing, 10 key, and Google Suite
-Ability to be on feet all day
-Lift 25 pounds or more throughout the day
-Must be flexible and able to manage multiple priorities on a daily basis
-Commitment to excellence and high standards

Basic Working Conditions: The employee must have their own method of dependable transportation and work full time during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Overtime and work on weekends.
