Customer Service/Account Management: The Agency Partner provides long-term relationship management and guidance for our clients, representing our company's delivery of a simple, easy software experience. The Agency Partner ensures our clients are satisfied and engaged, while also keeping our relationship and communication with them on message and supportive of our brand. Additionally an Agency Partner will explore sales opportunities to our existing clients. This position is critical to the development and sustainability of our market position as a Trusted Partner to our clients.
