Oregon Hot Tub currently has a sales opportunity for our Bend showroom. If you are solution driven and looking to help make a positive difference in people's lives then you have come to the right place.
POSITION SUMMARY:
A sales associate is responsible for building lasting relationships with prospective and existing customers. Key areas of focus are setting appointment consultations with prospective hot tub/swim spa buyers, calls, emails, product knowledge, and POS sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Email and calling leads and potential customers
Assist walk-in customers
Being able to walk customers through a directive sale process
Able to sell luxury goods
Confidently and accurately be able to compare competitive products
General showroom cleaning
Responsible for other assigned duties

Customer Orientated (Potential and Existing) Asks questions and listens well to provide the best product fit, based on their needs. Possess the ability to effectively communicate with potential and existing customers. Quick to respond to calls or e-mail inquiries and has excellent follow-up, timing response to leads
Entrepreneurial Minded Seeks opportunities and potential, and believes in themselves so strongly they are able to overlook the obstacles. Willing to work hard to get the job done, regardless the level of convenience.
Result Driven Motivated to exceed performance goals for self and dealership. Able to track personal progress to achieve goals.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed in an indoor setting
Must be physically able to lift and carry at least 10 lbs. when needed
Must be able to sit for 10 hours a day
Must own and operate a smart phone
Must have reliable transportation
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma/GED
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Experience with lead management systems is a plus
2-5 years of sales and customer service experience
Must have an attention for detail
Must demonstrate a willingness to adapt and try new techniques
Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
Be dependable and self motivated
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a competitive environment
Ability to build a strong team environment
Customer service skills required
Computer and technology savvy
Must be solution driven
