Webfoot Painting Co continues to grow year over year and we are looking to hire a Sales Manager to jump on board and take our team to the next level! ROLE SUMMARY:
The Sales Manager leads a team of high performing sales representatives to drive engagement and expected sales results. You professionally represent Webfoot in the community through networking events, fundraisers, and promotional opportunities. You support the sales team with cultivating relationships with customers to ensure a premier customer experience so they will recommend Webfoot to their friends and neighbors.
TOP 3 OUTCOMES IN YEAR 1:
Ensure all service teams have full production schedules.
Meet or exceed monthly budgeted Sales Rate and GP goals for each project type.
Achieve a collective annual sales close rate of 50% or greater.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mentor, train and develop sales team members, driving results
Ensure accurate proposals so productivity for all project types meet or exceed 100%
Partner with marketing and production to ensure accurate and clear messaging
Strengthen the Webfoot culture and support the Webfoot Way
Review and report weekly sales trends and troubleshoot sales fluctuations
Effectively plan and forecast up to six months ahead
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 3 years’ experience working as a Sales Manager establishing/executing sales goals for a large sales team
5 years of proven sales experience
Must have experience managing, training and mentoring a successful sales team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be proficient in computer applications including Google applications, HubSpot (CRM), etc. Comfortable with estimating software and/or estimating spreadsheets.
Strong desire to exceed customer expectations
Strong time management and organization habits
COMPENSATION:
Total compensation will be $100k - $120k per year
