High Energy Sales Rep needed!

We are looking for a sales-focused professional to join our energetic team! You are Self-Confident - Energetic - Dynamic Communicator - Engaging - Resourceful - Adaptable - Ambitious - Responsible - Organized!

In this role, you will serve as the face and voice of our company, build brand recognition, and successfully promote our products. You will communicate and engage with Costco members to increase our company’s brand awareness and generate sales!

You will be trained to encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our products; Liquid CoQ10, Liquid Turmeric and our new Turmeric 1500 mg pill.

Compensation:

• $18 Hourly to start + 401(K) Plan + Monthly BONUS = Average pay $21 -32 per hour

• W-2 Employment

• Ongoing work

• We provide a promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit!

Job Details:

• Part-time employment – opportunities for advancement

• Full-time position available for top performers!

• Number of days: 3 or 5 days a week

• Flexible shifts: Thursday- Sunday are available- Top performers can work Monday, or Tuesday as well

• Typical Hours: Monday-Friday 10-6:30, Saturday 9:30-6 Sunday 10-6

• Costco Location: Bend Costco

Note: Days off are never a problem as long as we know by Tuesday morning

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with a passion for top-notch customer service

• Highly self-motivated, determined, and target driven

• Professional outward appearance

• Positive energy, well organized, high level of focus and strong sense of commitment

• A quick learner, able to absorb new material with ease

• 1+ years of experience in a sales role

• Engaging and approachable personality with active listening skills

• Ability to meet and exceed weekly sales quota

• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills a must

• Generate brand awareness and a positive product experience to increase sales

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proven track record in the sales environment and achieving sales success highly desirable

• Must have reliable (car/truck) transportation

• Must be able to stand for 7.5 hours – with breaks and lunch

• Must have cell phone with texting and MMS capabilities - must be able to text photos.
